Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) at University College

HEOP is a special admission program for individuals whose financial and educational backgrounds prohibit them from regular admission to Syracuse University. HEOP assists students with financial aid and provides support services to guide students toward successful completion of their college degree.
